What is dry lining?

Dry lining is a form of cladding that is used on internal walls and ceilings to prepare them for paint or wallpaper. It is suitable for a range of surfaces, and can also be used for partitions.

Why use dry lining over plastering?

Dry lining is a quicker process than plastering so your surfaces will be ready to decorate in no time. We can help you choose the ideal surfacing material for your property.

How long does plastering take to dry?

Plastering can take a couple of days to dry, however the ventilation and central heating of your space can affect these times. Before decorating, you should wait until there are no dark patches on the plaster whatsoever.

Will you protect my floors and woodwork from damage?

Yes we will take great care that your floors and woodwork are not damaged with plaster or other materials. We will lay dust sheets to cover all of your furniture throughout the project.

What are the benefits of suspended ceilings?

Suspended ceilings offer a number of benefits, especially for commercial spaces. You can hide wires and pipework for a clean appearance, as well as improve sound proofing between floors. As well as this, they can make lighting installations easier, and they provide insulation to keep the room below warm!
